If you are facing any issues with the theme or need instructions to set up the theme, you can check our theme documentation for step by step guidance. The theme documentation includes all the necessary steps to help you build your site just like the demo. 

We also have FAQs where we have listed some of the most commonly asked questions by our theme users. 

If you cannot find your answers to your questions in the theme documentation and FAQs then fill up the below form to submit your support ticket. Our support team will answer your questions as soon as possible.

We answer most of your questions within a few hours, and we do our best to answer all your questions by the next business day. Support is limited on weekends and holidays. The standard time zone of Nepal from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) is +5:45. Our official support timing is from 00:15 AM – 7:15 AM EST.

While submitting the support ticket, please explain issues with the help of screenshot or video to make it visually clear. You can use Chrome extension Lightshot to take a screenshot and Loom for recording video(recommended) straight from your browser. It helps our support team to quickly identify the issues and provide you with a quick response.
